Mehrez Tennich is the Director of the Department of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Tunisia.

Mehrez Ben Abdallah is the Chief Academic Adviser at the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He graduated with a degree in Economics and International Relations from the Tunis School of Economics and Management (1998). He then obtained a Master’s Degree in University Administration in 2000. In 2001 he was hired as a consultant at the University of Tunis at Al-Manar and moved to the Bourguiba Institute of Living Languages, where he held several courses, including administration, the international cooperation department and the human resources department. In 2007, he joined the Mediterranean University of Tunis, where he obtained his master’s degree in e-business, e-commerce and administration, while in 2011 he was promoted to the position of CEO. He was the general coordinator of a joint national program between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Employment, the aim of which was the rehabilitation of postgraduate trainees.

In 2016 he moved to the University of Tripoli as an academic advisor and member of the faculty. In addition to his professional duties, Mehrez Ben Abdullah is an active member of civil society. He has participated in many professional exchange programs, the last of which is an educational program for students of the NCML Center at the University of Tripoli and students of the Department of Political Science at the University of Pavia, Italy.
