Christina Irene Karvouna is the Head and Founder of the branch of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in the Netherlands
Mrs. Karvouna was born and raised in Corinth. She studied at the American College of Greece (Deree) and at the University of West Attica where she obtained her degree as a Shipbuilding Engineer.
At the same time, she attended professional study programs for business organization and logistics at the Kapodistrian University of Athens with emphasis mostly on the Maritime sector. After her studies, she worked as a consultant for international companies and European funded programs.
Today she is a business owner of companies in Greece and in The Netherlands focusing on productive business consulting as well as on the development and implementation of European funding programs. She is passionate and enthusiastic about classical ballet, where she holds a professional degree certified from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (I.S.T.D) of London.
