Mahrez Ben Abdallah is the director of the branch of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Tunisia
Mahrez Ben Abdallah is an Principal Academic Advisor at the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He held a degree in economics and international relations from the Faculty of Economics and Management in Tunis (1998). He then obtained a specialized certificate (Master) in the management of university institutions in the year 2000. In 2001 he joined the Tunis University of Al-Manar as a consultant and moved to the Bourguiba Institute of Living Languages , where he held several positions, including the educational administration, the administrative and financial administration, the international cooperation department and the HR Department. In 2007, he joined the Mediterranean University in Tunis where he obtained his master’s degree in e-business, e-commerce & management, and in 2011 he was promoted to the rank of Principal Advisor Manager. He served as the general coordinator of a joint national program between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Employment the aim of which was the rehabilitation of post-graduated trainees.
In 2016 he moved to work at the University of Tripoli as an academic advisor and faculty member. In addition to his professional duties, Mr. Mehrez Ben Abdullah is an active member in civil society. He has contributed to many professional exchange programs, the last of which is a training course for the students of the NCML center at the University of Tripoli and the students of the political science department at the University of Pavia, Italy.
Abdelhamid Mahmoud is the ambassador of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Tunisia
Abdelhamid Mahmoud is a senior lecturer at DGET ( the ministry of High education Tunisa). He was born in 1959 in Jemna in the south of Tunisia where he finished his primary and secondary education in 1978 He moved to the capital Tunis to study English linguistics and then to the UEA Norwich England .He taught in different high schools in Tunisia Oman , USA and the UAE . He worked as a translator for the French Army. in 2001 He trained teachers and high ministry officials and worked as a consultant for the University of Al Manar. He was appointed director of Hammam Lif Branch os Institut Bourguiba des Langues Vivantes for 14 years. He was the general coordinator for the English teachers at the University of Al Manar from 2012 to 2017. He also studied Islamic theology and got a master degree in «inheritance share » from university of Zeytouna Tunis in 2013. Last year, He was appointed Head of pedagogic sector at DGET ( Direction Générale des Etudes Technologiques).
